Authentic cuisine
Our dishes are simple, authentic, and hearty: they are mountain dishes. On our menu, you’ll find appetizers, first courses, grilled meats, but also our rustic polenta and specialty dishes.
The ice creams are made by “Chocolat – Pasticceria Collomb.” The desserts and cakes are baked in-house.

Traditional dishes
Naturally, the main features of the traditional cuisine are the products of the terroir such as flavoursome Fontina cheese, a wide range of cured meats and cheeses, mountain-grown potatoes and various types of meat.
These wholesome ingredients blend to create hearty dishes bursting with flavour, such as our fondue, tartiflette, raclette, bourguignonne and other traditional mouth-watering dishes from the Aosta Valley and Savoy.

Local wines from the Aosta Valley have very distinctive qualities: due to the dry climate and sunny mountainsides, the valley has been a perfect wine-producing site since ancient times.
Our wine list features the finest local and international labels to pair with our dishes.
