Our family-owned restaurant overlooks the magnificent fields that are laid out with a groomed cross-country ski trail in winter. The restaurant’s name “Les Lisses” derives from this surrounding marshy farmland.
Since the 70s, our family has been running La Lisse restaurant with enormous passion and tenacity. Our menu offers a very varied cuisine: we serve traditional local dishes from the Aosta Valley and neighbouring Savoy.

After much research, we found this restaurant that left me speechless. Every single dish was delicious. I’m honestly not a polenta fan, but this was done beautifully. I recommend the tartiflette valdostana for those who like very flavorful dishes. The vino tinto, what can I say, we’re in the Aosta Valley, excellent.
