Our family-owned restaurant overlooks the magnificent fields that are laid out with a groomed cross-country ski trail in winter. The restaurant\u2019s name \u201cLes Lisses\u201d derives from this surrounding marshy farmland. <\/p>\n

Since the 70s, our family has been running La Lisse restaurant with enormous passion and tenacity. Our menu offers a very varied cuisine: we serve traditional local dishes from the Aosta Valley and neighbouring Savoy.\n<\/p>\n

After much research, we found this restaurant that left me speechless. Every single dish was delicious. I’m honestly not a polenta fan, but this was done beautifully. I recommend the tartiflette valdostana for those who like very flavorful dishes. The vino tinto, what can I say, we’re in the Aosta Valley, excellent.<\/em><\/p>\n
