Our different menus have been devised to provide something for all tastes, but they are all bound by a common flavour of the mountains.
Our dishes are simple, genuine and hearty: mountain dishes. On the menu you’ll find starters, pasta dishes, grilled meat but also our wholesome polenta and specialities such as “maxi cotoletta alla valdostana” (jumbo cutlet with ham and cheese) and locally-sourced burger.
The ice-creams are produced by the patisserie “Chocolat – pasticceria Collomb”. We make our own creamy desserts and cakes.
Naturally, the main features of the traditional cuisine are the products of the terroir such as flavoursome Fontina cheese, a wide range of cured meats and cheeses, mountain-grown potatoes and various types of meat.
These wholesome ingredients blend to create hearty dishes bursting with flavour, such as our fondue, tartiflette, raclette, bourguignonne and other traditional mouth-watering dishes from the Aosta Valley and Savoy.
